AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1979

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1979 by replacing

lines 4 through 23 on page 1 and all of pages 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 
4
7 with the following:

    "Section 5.  The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by adding 
6
Section 10-5.1 as follows:"; and

on page 8, by replacing lines 4 and 5 with the following:
8
"years of age or older and knowingly contacts or communicates"; 
9
and
 
10
on page 9, by deleting lines 1 through 3; and
 
11
on page 9, by replacing lines 18 through 20 with the following:
12
"a Class 3 felony.   A defendant is not eligible".
