AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1979

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1979 on page 1, by

replacing lines 16 through 21 with the following:
4
        "(3) for an unlawful purpose;
5
        (4) without the express consent of the person's parent 
6
    or legal guardian;
7
        (5) with the intent to avoid the express consent of the 
8
    person's parent or legal guardian;
9
        (6) after so communicating, commits any act in 
10
    furtherance of the intent described in clause (a)(2); and
11
        (7) is a stranger to the parents or legal guardian of 
12
    the minor."; and

on page 2, line 14, by inserting "described in clause (b)(2)" 
14
after "intent"; and
 
15
on page 3, lines 6 and 7, by deleting "over 21 years of age";
