| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 136, by replacing lines 14 through 22 with the |

| following:

| "(i) A sum equal to 12 1/2% of the first prize money of the |
| 7 |
| gross
every purse
won by an Illinois conceived and foaled horse |
| 8 |
| shall be paid by the
organization licensee conducting the horse |
| 9 |
| race meeting to the breeder
of such winning horse from the |
| 10 |
| organization licensee's account
share of
the money wagered. |
| 11 |
| Such payment shall not reduce any award to the owner of
the |
| 12 |
| horse or reduce the taxes payable under this Act. Such payment |
| 13 |
| shall be
delivered by the organization licensee at the end of |
| 14 |
| each month

meeting.".
