| 1, on page 144, line 12, by replacing "The moneys" with "An |

| amount equal to $1,000,000 shall be distributed annually from |

| the Horse Racing Equity Trust Fund to the Racing Industry |
| 7 |
| Workers' Fund. The remaining moneys"; and

| on page 147, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following: |

| "(d) This Section is repealed 2 years after the effective |
| 10 |
| date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly.".
