SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 		













New Act










    Creates the Quality Nursing Home Care Survey Act. Provides that the Department of Public Health must  develop and implement a pilot consumer satisfaction survey to determine satisfaction among residents and families regarding the quality of care and quality of living in nursing home facilities.  Provides that the Department must make the results available to the public and report the results to the General Assembly.

    AN ACT concerning public health.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the

Quality Nursing Home Care Survey Act.

    Section 5. Quality nursing home care survey pilot program.

The Department of Public Health must develop and implement a 
8
