| AN ACT concerning public health.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |
| 5 |
| Quality Nursing Home Care Survey Act.
|
| 6 |
| Section 5. Quality nursing home care survey pilot program. |
| 7 |
| The Department of Public Health must develop and implement a |
| 8 |
| pilot consumer satisfaction survey to determine satisfaction |
| 9 |
| among residents and families regarding the quality of care and |
| 10 |
| quality of living in nursing home facilities. The Department |
| 11 |
| must make the results available to the public and report the |
| 12 |
| results to the General Assembly.
