| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2055, AS AMENDED, |

| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 3, below line 13, by inserting the following:

| "(b-5) A portion of the consideration paid to the State |
| 6 |
| shall be used, in combination with other revenue sources, |
| 7 |
| to replace funds that would have been transferred to the |
| 8 |
| Common School Fund pursuant to this Act prior to the |
| 9 |
| enactment of this amendatory Act of the 95th General |
| 10 |
| Assembly."; and

| 11 |
| on page 5, below line 3, by inserting the following:

| "If the State enters into a Management and Concession |
| 13 |
| Agreement pursuant to the terms of this Section, the State |
| 14 |
| shall retain as employees of the State any employees of the |
| 15 |
| Lottery who are employed by the Lottery as of the signing of |
