| AN ACT concerning agriculture.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961 is amended |
| 5 |
| by changing Section 13 as follows:
|

| Sec. 13. Publications. The
The Director shall publish at |

| least semi-annually and in such forms as
he may deem proper: |

| (a) Information concerning the distribution of commercial |

| fertilizers
and custom mixes by counties.

| (b) Results of analysis based on official samples of |
| 12 |
| commercial
fertilizers and custom mixes distributed within the |
| 13 |
| state as compared with
the analysis guaranteed under Sections 4 |
| 14 |
| and 5.
