    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics 
5
Practice Act is amended by changing Section 75 as follows:

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)

    Sec. 75. Fees.

    (a) The
The Department shall provide by rule for a schedule 
10
of fees to be paid
for
licenses by all applicants.  All fees are 
11
not refundable.

    (b) The fees for the administration and enforcement of this 
13
Act including,
but not limited to, original licensure, renewal, 
14
and restoration shall be set
by rule by the Department.

    (c) All fees and fines collected under this Act shall be 
16
deposited into the
General Professions Dedicated Fund.
