    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Auction License Act is amended by changing 
5
Section 20-60 as follows:

    (225 ILCS 407/20-60)

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)

    Sec. 20-60. Order; certified copy. An order or a certified 
9
copy of an
order, over the
the seal
of OBRE and purporting to 
10
be signed by the Commissioner or his or her designee,
shall be 
11
prima
facie proof  that:

12
        (1) the signature is the genuine signature of the 
13
    Commissioner or his or
her
designee;


14
        (2) the Commissioner is duly appointed and qualified; 
15
    and


16
        (3) the Advisory Board is duly appointed and qualified.
