| 1, on page 5, immediately below line 7, by inserting the |

| following: |

| "If a charter school established under the authority of |
| 7 |
| paragraph (1), (2), (3), (4), or (5) of this subsection (b) is |
| 8 |
| not used exclusively for truants or dropouts, then the State |
| 9 |
| Board shall withhold and the charter school shall forfeit all |
| 10 |
| State funding designated for that school.".
