| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3618 on page 2, |

| immediately below line 12, by inserting the following:

| "(d) Nothing in this Section requires the removal or |
| 5 |
| relocation of any existing flags currently displayed in the |
| 6 |
| State. This Section does not apply to a State facility if the |
| 7 |
| requirements of this Section cannot be satisfied without a |
| 8 |
| physical modification to that facility.".
