| AN ACT concerning State government.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Department of Revenue Law of the
Civil |

| Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding Section |
| 6 |
| 2505-750 as follows:
|

| (20 ILCS 2505/2505-750 new) |

| Sec. 2505-750. Biodiesel production information. The |
| 9 |
| Department shall include on its Internet website information |
| 10 |
| for persons interested in producing biodiesel fuel. The |
| 11 |
| information should set forth or link to the requirements a |
| 12 |
| person must meet in order to be eligible to legally produce |
| 13 |
| biodiesel fuel in Illinois.

| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 15 |
| becoming law.
