AN ACT making reappropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The amount of $150,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary and remains unexpended, from an appropriation heretofore made for that purpose in Article 2, Section 85 of Public Act 95-144, is reappropriated for Fiscal Year 2008 to the Capital Development Board for school construction grants pursuant to the School Construction Law.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
