| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4198 on page 2, by |

| replacing lines 5 through 11 with the following: |

| "(3.5) Electronically communicating directly with |
| 5 |
| another person with the intent to knowingly intimidate or |
| 6 |
| cause emotional distress to another person or with the |
| 7 |
| intent that physical harm would result from the |
| 8 |
| communication and when the person initiating the |
| 9 |
| communication is 18 years of age or older and the party |
| 10 |
| communicated with is under 18 years of age;".
