| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4505 on page 4, by |

| replacing line 26 with the following:

| "(9) In a municipality with a population of less than |
| 5 |
| 15,000, funds may be expended for costs associated with |
| 6 |
| emergency warning systems specifically designed to provide |
| 7 |
| warning for tornadoes. Expenditures may be made under this |
| 8 |
| item (9) only if sufficient funds are available to make |
| 9 |
| expenditures under items (1) through (8) of this |
| 10 |
| subsection.".
