| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4583 on page 4, |

| lines 22 and 23, by changing "of an organized
not-for-profit |

| corporation" to "of an organized
not-for-profit corporation"; |

| and

| on page 5, by inserting after line 2 the following: |

| "(f) A camp counselor under the age of 18 employed at a day |
| 8 |
| camp is not subject to the adult minimum wage if the camp |
| 9 |
| counselor is paid a stipend on a onetime or periodic basis and, |
| 10 |
| if the camp counselor is a minor, the minor's parent, guardian, |
| 11 |
| or other custodian has consented in writing to the terms of |
| 12 |
| payment before the commencement of such employment.".
