    AN ACT concerning agriculture.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Agricultural Production Contract Code is 
5
amended by changing Section 10 as follows:

    Sec. 10. Limited applicability. This Act shall not apply to 
8
a production
contract under the the provisions of which the 
9
commodity is to be delivered by the
producer
to the contractor 
10
or the contractor's designee within 30 days after the date of

11
the production
agreement.
