    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4608 on page 5, by

replacing line 9 with the following:

"and that collective bargaining agreement meets or exceeds the 
5
testing policies outlined in this Act.

    The provisions of this Act do not apply to employees 
7
covered by the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 
8
1991.".
