| replacing lines 6 through 13 with the following:

| "Sec. 515. Information; confidentiality. Domestic Violence |

| Fatality Review Teams may be closed to the public pursuant to |

| Section 2 of the Open Meetings Act. Confidential information |

| obtained by a Team shall remain confidential and may not be |
| 8 |
| disclosed by the Team. The proceedings, records, opinions, and |
| 9 |
| deliberations of a Team may be exempt from disclosure pursuant |
| 10 |
| to an applicable Section 7 exemption to the Freedom of |
| 11 |
| Information Act and are not subject to discovery, subpoena, or |
| 12 |
| introduction into evidence in any civil action in any".
