AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The following amounts, or so much of these amounts as may be necessary, are appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity:

For programs concerning solar

electric generation............................ $5,000,000

For programs concerning wind

electric generation............................ $5,000,000

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
