AN ACT making appropriations.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5.  The amount of $12,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for a grant to the Peoria Riverfront Museum for capital expenses.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
