| 21, by replacing "counties and" with "counties,"; and

| on page 1, line 23, by inserting after "Act" the following: |

| ", and individuals licensed under the Professional Engineering |
| 6 |
| Practice Act of 1989"; and
|
| 7 |
| on page 2, line 1, by inserting after the period the following: |

| "No such inspection shall be conducted in any room or suite of |
| 9 |
| rooms used for human habitation, including any single family |
| 10 |
| residence, living unit of a multiple family residence, or |
| 11 |
| living unit in a mixed use building.".
