    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the 
5
Wireless Telephone Services Act.

    Section 5. Definitions. For purposes of this Act:
7
    "Service plan" means a contract between a wireless service 
8
provider and a customer for wireless service under certain 
9
terms and conditions.

    "Time-frame commitment" means a commitment to a specified 
11
duration of service.

    "Wireless service provider" means a company that provides 
13
wireless telephone service to customers.

    Section 10. Wireless telephone service without a 
15
time-frame commitment. All wireless service providers must 
16
offer a service plan that does not require a time-frame 
17
commitment.
