    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4747, AS AMENDED, in

Section 5, Sec. 7.24i, in the Section caption, after "children

with disabilities", by inserting "or with mental illness"; and

in Section 5, Sec. 7.24i, subsection (a), in the sentence 
6
beginning "Subject to appropriations", after "children with 
7
disabilities", by inserting "or with mental illness"; and

in Section 5, Sec. 7.24i, by deleting all of subsection (d); 
9
and
 
10
in Section 5, Sec. 7.24i, subsection (e), at the beginning of 
11
that subsection, by changing "(e)" to "(d)".
