Amends the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act. Provides that the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall develop procedures to train application agents. Also provides that the Department shall provide to private employers, including private employers regulated under the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act, a grant of $50 for each person that the private employer enrolls in the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program. Effective immediately.

| AN ACT concerning insurance.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act is |
5 |
| amended by changing Sections 25 and 30 as follows: |

| Sec. 25. Enrollment in Program. The Department shall |
9 |
| develop procedures to allow application agents to assist in |
10 |
| enrolling children in the Program or other children's health |
11 |
| programs operated by the Department. At the Department's |
12 |
| discretion, technical assistance payments may be made |
13 |
| available for approved applications facilitated by an |
14 |
| application agent. The Department shall develop procedures to |
15 |
| train application agents.
