820 ILCS 5/1.6 new










    Amends the Labor Dispute Act. Adds a new Section providing that:  members and representatives of a recognized union within the State of Illinois may pass handbills on the property of retail stores; members and representatives of a recognized union within the State of Illinois may pass handbills in parking lots and outside entryways of retail stores, as long as they are not within 15 feet of the entrance of a retail store; and the new Section does not allow union members to pass handbills inside a retail store.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Labor Dispute Act is amended  by adding

Section 1.6 as follows:

    (820 ILCS 5/1.6 new)

    Sec. 1.6. Handbills. Members and representatives of a

recognized union within the State of Illinois may pass 
9
