| lines 7 and 11, by replacing "exploitation" each time it |

| appears with "financial exploitation"; and

| on page 1, line 9, by replacing "exploit" with "financially |
| 6 |
| exploit"; and
|
| 7 |
| on page 1, line 13, after the period, by inserting the |
| 8 |
| following: "For the purpose of this Section, "financial |
| 9 |
| exploitation" has the meaning described in Section 16-1.3 of |
| 10 |
| the Criminal Code of 1961.".
