    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The MRSA Screening and Reporting Act is amended

by changing Section 1 as follows:

    (210 ILCS 83/1)

    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2011)

    Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the MRSA 
9
Screening and Reporting Act.
