| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Department of Commerce and Economic |

| Opportunity Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is |

| amended by changing Section 605-630 as follows:
|

| Sec. 605-630. Overseas offices. In cooperation with with |

| the
Department of Agriculture and with the
counsel
of the |

| International Trade and Port Promotion Advisory Committee, to

| establish overseas offices for (i) the promotion of the export |
| 12 |
| of
Illinois
agricultural and manufactured products; (ii) |
| 13 |
| representation of
Illinois
seaports; (iii) economic |
| 14 |
| development; and (iv) tourism
promotion and services.
