| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The State Commemorative Dates Act is amended by |

| adding Section 120 as follows:
|

| (5 ILCS 490/120 new) |
| 7 |
| Sec. 120. Women's Heart Disease Awareness Month. February |
| 8 |
| of each year is designated as Women's Heart Disease Awareness |
| 9 |
| Month, to be observed throughout the State as a month to |
| 10 |
| promote the awareness of women's heart disease.
