    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987 is

amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

    Sec. 2. Short Title. This Act shall be known and and may be

cited as the
Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987.
