| AN ACT concerning land.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the State |
| 5 |
| of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in Section |
| 6 |
| 10 of this Act, the Director of Corrections, on behalf of the |
| 7 |
| State of Illinois, is authorized to sell, transfer, and convey |
| 8 |
| by quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest of the State |
| 9 |
| of Illinois in and to the Ed Jenison Work Camp located in Edgar |
| 10 |
| County, Illinois to the City of Paris. The Director of |
| 11 |
| Corrections is authorized to convey the real property using a |
| 12 |
| metes and bounds legal description rather than the general |
| 13 |
| description set forth in this Section.

| 14 |
| Section 10. The quit claim deed shall state on its face and |
| 15 |
| be subject to the condition that if the property is no longer |
| 16 |
| used for public purposes, then title shall revert without |
| 17 |
| further action to the State of Illinois.

| 18 |
| Section 15. The Director of Corrections shall obtain a |
| 19 |
| certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective |
| 20 |
| date, and shall record the certified document in the recorder's |
| 21 |
| office in the county in which the land is located.
