| Section 10. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the State |

| of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in Section |

| 10 of this Act, the Director of Corrections, on behalf of the |

| State of Illinois and all State Agencies, must convey by |
| 12 |
| quitclaim deed all right, title, and interest of the State of |
| 13 |
| Illinois in and to the Ed Jenison Work Camp located in Edgar |
| 14 |
| County, Illinois to the City of Paris as described in Section |
| 15 |
| 5.

| 16 |
| Section 15. The quit claim deed shall state on its face and |
| 17 |
| be subject to the condition that if the property is no longer |
| 18 |
| used for public purposes, then title shall revert without |
| 19 |
| further action to the State of Illinois.

| 20 |
| Section 20. The Director of Corrections shall obtain a |
| 21 |
| certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its effective |
| 22 |
| date, and shall record the certified document in the recorder's |
