Appropriates $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for capital funding in connection with a residential substance abuse treatment program for youth at Arrowhead Ranch in the greater Quad Cities region. Effective July 1, 2008.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for capital funding in connection with a residential substance abuse treatment program for youth at Arrowhead Ranch in the greater Quad Cities region.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
