AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 91

    AMENDMENT NO. ___.  Amend House Joint Resolution 91 by 
3
replacing all of page 2 with  the following:

        "(1) Two members appointed by the Governor, one of whom 
5
    should be the president of a statewide organization 
6
    dedicated to providing pro bono or legal services to 
7
    indigents or the working poor who has significant family 
8
    law experience or his or her designee;
9
        (2) Two members appointed by the President of the 
10
    Senate, one of whom should be the president of a statewide 
11
    organization dedicated to reducing domestic violence or 
12
    his or her designee;
13
        (3) Two members appointed by the Minority Leader of the 
14
    Senate, one of whom should be the president of a statewide 
15
    organization whose membership is exclusively comprised of 
16
    matrimonial lawyers or  his or her designee;
17
        (4) Two members appointed by the Speaker of the House

    of Representatives, one of whom should be the president of

    a metropolitan bar association or his or her designee;

        (5) Two members appointed by the Minority Leader of the

    House Representatives, one of whom should be the president

    designee;

        (6) One member appointed by the Supreme Court of 
8
    Illinois;
9
        (7) The Chair of the Illinois Child Support Advisory 
10
    Committee;  and be it further"; and

on page 3, lines 10 and 11, by replacing "July 1, 2009." with

"December 31, 2008.".
