| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate Frank Victoria on |

| his retirement from the Nightingale Elementary School; and
|

| WHEREAS, Frank Victoria has worked in Chicago public |
| 6 |
| schools for 16 years; he taught at Ward J Elementary School and |
| 7 |
| Goodlow Elementary Magnet School until his move to Nightingale |
| 8 |
| School, where he taught for 15 years; he has served as a Union |
| 9 |
| Representative for Nightingale School; he has taught upper |
| 10 |
| grade students and has directed various student performances; |
| 11 |
| he was known for his love of teaching world history and |
| 12 |
| American history; he has been nominated for Who's Who in |
| 13 |
| Teaching; and
|
| 14 |
| WHEREAS, Frank Victoria is an accomplished writer; he has |
| 15 |
| won 7 writing awards and has competed with business writers |
| 16 |
| across the country in national writing contests; he has been |
| 17 |
| the editorial director of 3 magazines covering the petroleum |
| 18 |
| marketing industry; and
|
| 19 |
| WHEREAS, Frank Victoria has been married to Gloria Victoria |
| 20 |
| for 25 years; his parents are Virginia and Frank Victoria; his |
| 21 |
| brother is Russell Victoria; his niece is Deana; and his grand |
| 22 |
| nephew is Nicholas; therefore, be it
