| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Cyril F. |
| 4 |
| Miceli of Chicago; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Cyril F. Miceli was a member of Operating |
| 6 |
| Engineers Union Local #399; he was a member of St. Edward Holy |
| 7 |
| Name Society and served as an usher at the church; and he was a |
| 8 |
| past Commander of Robert Woodburn Post #1037; and
|
| 9 |
| WHEREAS, Cyril Miceli was the beloved husband of Mary, nee |
| 10 |
| Malecky; the loving father of William Sr., Richard (Edith), |
| 11 |
| Susan (Charles) Janik, Brian (Ana Cecilia, M.D.), and the late |
| 12 |
| Joan; he was the dearest grandfather of William Jr., Rodney, |
| 13 |
| Alison, Stacy, and Stephen; the fond brother of John (Mary), |
| 14 |
| Tina (Tony) Baroni, and the late Anthony (Mary), and Margaret |
| 15 |
| (Robert) Burnson; and the fond uncle and great-uncle of many |
| 16 |
| nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |

| mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Cyril |
