| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate Vincent "Vinny" |
| 4 |
| Miceli, a senior at Driscoll Catholic High School, who was a |
| 5 |
| member of three winning football championship teams during his |
| 6 |
| high school career; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, As a member of the Driscoll Highlanders, Vinny |
| 8 |
| Miceli was a part of the team that won State Championships in |
| 9 |
| 2005, 2006, and 2007; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Vinny Miceli is an honor student at Driscoll; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Vinny Miceli was voted the all area offensive |
| 12 |
| lineman of the year; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Vinny Miceli is from Medinah and attended Erickson |
| 14 |
| Elementary as a youngster; and
|
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, Vincent "Vinny" Miceli is a fine example of young |
| 16 |
| people from the State of Illinois who have excelled in sports |
| 17 |
| and academics and we recognize his many achievements; |
