| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to recognize Mrs. Josephine Janie |
| 4 |
| Sparks of North Chicago on her 100th birthday; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Josephine Sparks celebrated her 100th birthday on |
| 6 |
| November 10, 2007; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Throughout her life, Mrs. Sparks has seen many |
| 8 |
| changes and witnessed many events that she shares with others; |
| 9 |
| she shares her faith in God, her stories, and her many memories |
| 10 |
| with different generations; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Sparks is a woman of God, and a woman of |
| 12 |
| grace; she has been faithful to her family, her children, her |
| 13 |
| friends, and her community throughout many years; therefore, be |
| 14 |

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |

| NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
