| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to congratulate Flora High School |

| Wolves senior fullback/linebacker Jordan Luttrell on the |
| 5 |
| occasion of winning the UPS Intercept Challenge; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Jordan Luttrell won the UPS Intercept Challenge |
| 7 |
| through a video submitted by his uncle Robert Boose, which |
| 8 |
| showed a one-handed touchdown saving interception during a |
| 9 |
| football game against the Martinsville Blue Streaks on October |
| 10 |
| 5, 2007; a total of 176 videos were submitted during the |
| 11 |
| Challenge; he qualified for the final 8 on December 17, 2007 |
| 12 |
| and the voting remained open until January 4, 2008; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, For winning the UPS Intercept Challenge, Jordan |
| 14 |
| Luttrell will receive a tailgate party with former New Orleans |
| 15 |
| Saints quarterback Archie Manning on Sunday, February 24 in |
| 16 |
| Flora; Mr. Boose will receive $25,000 from UPS, autographed |
| 17 |
| Manning memorabilia, and a $10,000 donation to the amateur |
| 18 |
| football team of his choice, which he will donate to the Flora |
| 19 |
| Wolves football program; and
|
| 20 |
| WHEREAS, Jordan Luttrell is a senior at Flora High School; |
| 21 |
| his parents are Tony and Crystal Luttrell of Xenia; therefore, |
