| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, During the 95th General Assembly, the House |
| 3 |
| Illinois Health Survey Task Force was created by House |
| 4 |
| Resolution 76 and was established for the purpose of studying |
| 5 |
| the feasibility of implementing an Illinois Health Survey; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, The House Illinois Health Survey Task Force was to |
| 7 |
| submit a written report addressing issues related to its |
| 8 |
| feasibility to all members of the General Assembly, the |
| 9 |
| Governor's office, and relevant State agencies no later than |
| 10 |
| January 11, 2008; and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, As of the required reporting date, the House |
| 12 |
| Illinois Health Survey Task Force's work is still ongoing and |
| 13 |
| further investigation is
needed prior to the preparation and |
| 14 |
| submission; therefore, be it
|
| 15 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 16 |
| NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that no |
| 17 |
| later than January 11, 2009, the House Illinois Health Survey |
| 18 |
| Task Force shall submit a written report, addressing issues |
| 19 |
| related to its feasibility, to all members of the General |
| 20 |
| Assembly, the Governor's office, and relevant State agencies; |
| 21 |
| and be it further
