| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 |
| Representatives are pleased to congratulate Ralph Shepstone on |
| 4 |
| the occasion of his retirement from the Chicago Executive |
| 5 |
| Airport Board; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Ralph Shepstone began his career with the Chicago |
| 7 |
| Executive Airport in 1988 as an Airport Commissioner; during |
| 8 |
| his many terms, he has served as secretary, treasurer, |
| 9 |
| vice-chairman, and acting chairman; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Ralph Shepstone is known by his colleagues as the |
| 11 |
| "Ambassador" for his untiring travels to numerous conventions |
| 12 |
| and seminars, as well as many trips to Springfield and |
| 13 |
| Washington, D.C. on the airport's behalf; he has developed an |
| 14 |
| excellent reputation as a loyal and knowledgeable presence at |
| 15 |
| the airport; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 17 |
| NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 18 |
| congratulate Ralph Shepstone on the occasion of his retirement |
| 19 |
| and wish him many happy and healthy retirement years; and be it |
