HOUSE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3
Representatives are pleased to congratulate Skokie Village 
4
Commissioners for their years of service and dedication; and

 
5
    WHEREAS, Mr. Morton Paradise has served on the Plan 
6
Commission for 40 years; and Mr. Norman Rosen has served on the 
7
Centre East Authority Board for 25 years; and

 
8
    WHEREAS, Mr. Francis Mon has served on the Traffic Safety 
9
Commission for 20 years; and Mr. Ralph Egloff has served on the 
10
Board of Fire and Police Commissioners for 35 years; and

 
11
    WHEREAS, Rabbi Neil Brief has served on the Advisory 
12
Commission on Human Services for 25 years; and Ms. Heather 
13
Lartz has served on the Advisory Commission on Human Services 
14
for 25 years; and

    WHEREAS, Mr. Ralph Klein has served on the Zoning Board of 
16
Appeals for 20 years; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE  HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
18
NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
19
congratulate the Skokie Village Commissioners for their years 
20
of service and dedication to their community; and be it further
