HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to honor Tracy Munno for the many years of dedicated service she has given to her employers and her community; and

WHEREAS, Tracy Munno serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Freehold Management Company, a division of Freehold Capital Advisors, Ltd.; she is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the daily management of the Lincoln Mall, a 1 million square foot regional shopping center undergoing repositioning and redevelopment in Chicago's south suburbs; she is also responsible for the annual budget preparation, quarterly lender reporting, vendor contracts, construction draw preparation, TIF reimbursements, union negotiations, lease analysis and renewals, capital expenditures, oversight of an $800,000 annual specialty leasing program, marketing events and advertising strategic planning, tenant and community relations, and the supervision of 50 employees, making her an integral force in the organization's sustained success; and

WHEREAS, With over 25 years of property management experience, Tracy Munno has managed multi-family residential, office, and retail portfolios in diverse markets with a strong record of sustained occupancy levels, improved cash flow, and strong alliances with governmental and community organizations; and

WHEREAS, Tracy Munno is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has successfully completed the required Institute of Real Estate Management courses for the Certified Property Manager designation; and

WHEREAS, Tracy Munno has augmented her professional career with a long and distinguished role in community service, which includes membership on numerous boards and committees in many civic, artistic, charitable, and community-based organizations; and

WHEREAS, Tracy Munno's work in both the public and private sectors has always incorporated an unyielding sense of fairness and an understanding of the strength that diversity can bring to the community; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we honor Tracy Munno for her many years of dedicated service and wish her continued success and happiness in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Tracy Munno as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
