HOUSE RESOLUTION


 
2
    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3
Representatives are pleased to congratulate Lou Czarny, 
4
McHenry County court administrator, on his retirement; and

 
5
    WHEREAS, Lou Czarny began working in court administration 
6
in 1978; and

 
7
    WHEREAS, Lou Czarny has an English degree from Milton 
8
College; he served in the United States Marine Corps after 
9
college and was stationed at the Pentagon where  he worked for 
10
the Chief of Naval Operations and took paralegal classes at the 
11
University of Maryland; and

 
12
    WHEREAS, He and his wife, Janie, moved to Woodstock after 
13
his time in the service to be close to her parents and raise 
14
their daughter, Lisa; and

 
15
    WHEREAS, In his spare time, Lou has been a major part of 
16
the Woodstock Musical Theater Company and the Town Square 
17
Players production team; since 1985 he has appeared in many 
18
productions for both companies and has served as a board 
19
member; and

 
20
    WHEREAS, While he is retiring from his job, he will

continue to work in the theater; therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE  HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
3
NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
4
congratulate Lou Czarny on his retirement and wish him the best 
5
in his future endeavors; and be it further

 
6
    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7
presented to Lou Czarny as a symbol of our respect and esteem.
