| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 15

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 15 on page 3, by |

| replacing line 10 with the following: |

| "practice nurse who has a collaborative agreement with a |
| 5 |
| collaborating physician that authorizes care, or a physician's |
| 6 |
| assistant who has been delegated authority to provide care."; |
| 7 |
| and
|
| 8 |
| on page 4, line 12, after "disorders", by inserting "in |
| 9 |
| accordance with the formal opinions and recommendations of the |
| 10 |
| American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists"; and
|
| 11 |
| on page 4, by replacing lines 23 and 24 with the following: |
| 12 |
| "prenatal care at a prenatal visit shall invite each pregnant |
| 13 |
| patient".
