| on page 3, line 20, by replacing "agricultural production" with |

| "a dairy livestock production facility in a county with a |

| population as of January 1, 2000 between 35,530 and 35,600"; |

| and
|

| on page 3, by replacing lines 24 through 26 with "to the |
| 8 |
| penalty provisions of Section 44 of this Act."; and
|

| on page 4, by deleting lines 1 through 3.
