| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 62 on page 8, by |

| replacing lines 7 and 8 with the following: |

| "of a firearm;"; and

| on page 14, by inserting immediately below line 4 the |
| 6 |
| following: |
| 7 |
| "(4) For purposes of this subsection (e), the term |
| 8 |
| "firearm" shall have the meaning provided under Section 1.1 |
| 9 |
| of the Firearms Owners Identification Card Act, and shall |
| 10 |
| not include an air rifle as defined by Section 1 of the Air |
| 11 |
| Rifle Act.".
