| AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 108

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 108 on page 3, by |

| replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following: |

| "child to return home and no other living arrangement agreeable
|
| 5 |
| to the parent, guardian, or custodian can be made, and the |
| 6 |
| parent, guardian, or custodian has not made any other |
| 7 |
| appropriate living arrangement for the child;"; and
|
| 8 |
| on page 3, line 24, by deleting "made;"; and
|
| 9 |
| on page 13, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following: |
| 10 |
| "home, and no other living arrangement agreeable
to the minor |
| 11 |
| and the parent, guardian, or custodian can be made, and the |
| 12 |
| parent, guardian, or custodian has not made any other |
| 13 |
| appropriate living arrangement for the child, the agency".
